"RUSH" is a Four Letter Word

We make cushions to last for YEARS... Not for "parties". In peak season (March - June) DO NOT order from us if you have an event associated with cushions planned within an 8 week timeframe - - we refuse to over promise & under deliver.

Will it really take 8 weeks...? Probably not - but no promises.

We take extreme measures when approaching a 7 Week Overbook in peak season...

• We may limit orders to California (homebase), Arizona & Texas
• We set minimum order requirements
• We limit production to the most popular collections (historically) for Brown Jordan, OW Lee, Mallin & Hanamint.
• We only make Tropitone cushions in off season.

TURNAROUND TIME
Typical turnaround time is:
Dec - Jan: Feb - March: April - June: July - August Sept - Nov	3 Weeks 4 Weeks 5-8 Weeks 4-6 Weeks 3-4 Weeks

• TOTALLY CUSTOM: Nothing pre-made... (500 Sunbrella Fabric Options, Multiple Sew Patterns, Fill and Tie Options. We modify every cushion to fully reversible and adapt to customer and climatic needs.

• IMPROVED: We never replicate shortcomings of originals.
We insist on discussing details with every customer.

• HIGH DEMAND: Not your ordinary cushion / company...

ORDER STATUS (WHY ASK?)

Just let quality show up at your door in the designated time frame.

• ARE MY CUSHIONS READY YET?... We DON'T know yet...
We cannot "run & check"... We produce out of 3 plants in 2 states... We get prior weeks production/shipping reports on MONDAYS. So a seven day lag time may be involved before we BOTH know YOUR order status (until we get the report on the following Monday).

• WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN CUSHIONS SHIP?.... NO!
We concentrate on production and quality control... Not Shipping Logistics.
We only notify under unique circumstances.

• CAN I GET A TRACKING#?... Only if cushions are PAST DUE
(We ship "no signature" required for a reason... our volume is too great to determine when each and every customer will be home; Cushions are made to withstand Rain/Elements (so they won't be damaged unless you are expecting a hurricane). Moreover, cushions are not likely to be stolen because they are unique to your needs.)
(We are not shipping a computer or a cell phone which is likely to be stolen)

• HAVE A GATE?... Notify us at time of order; Freight carriers call in advance for gate clearance.

• GOING OUT OF TOWN?...Notify us at time of order. We ship when cushions are ready!
If your plans change, notify us and we will attempt to hold the order... NO PROMISES.
